Indications
It is use for the symptomatic treatment of pain and inflammation in osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis.
Chemical Composition
Each film coated tablet contains Aceclofenac BP 100 mg.

Dosage & Administration
Adults : The maximum recommended dose is 200 mg daily, taken as two separate 100 mg doses (one tablet in the morning and one in the evening).Children: There are no clinical data on the use of Aceclofenac in children.
Contraindications
Aclo (Aceclofenac) is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to Aclo (Aceclofenac) or to any of the excipients of the product.
Warning & Precautions
Aclo (Aceclofenac) should be administered with caution. In patients with gastro-intestinal disease; history of peptic ulceration, cerebrovascular bleeding, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, porphyria, hematopoietic or coagulation disorders. Caution should be exercised in patients with mild to moderate impairment of hepatic, renal or cardiac function as well as in patients with other conditions predisposing to fluid retention.
Side Effects
Generally Aclo (Aceclofenac) is well tolerated. However, a few side effects like dyspepsia, abdominal, pain, nausea, diarrhoea may occur.
Drug Interaction
Should carefully administer with digoxin, cimetidine, tolbutamide, phenylbutazone, amiodarone, miconazol and sulphaphenazole.
