Indications
Fungal infections of the skin caused by dermatophytes Pityriasis (tinea) versicolor Yeast infections of the skin, principally those caused by the genus Candida (e.g., C. albicans)

Dosage & Administration
The duration of treatment varies according to the indication and the severity of the infection. Terbiskin Cream can be applied once or twice daily. Cleanse and dry the affected areas thoroughly before treating with Terbiskin Cream. Apply the cream to the affected skin and surrounding area in a thin layer and rub it lightly. In the case of intertriginous infections (submammary, interdigital, intergluteal, inguinal) the application may be covered with gauze, especially at night. Likely duration of treatment: Tinea corporis, T. cruris: 1 week Tinea pedis: 1 week Cutaneous candidiasis: 1 week Pityriasis versicolor: 2 week If there are no signs of improvement after 2 weeks, the diagnosis should be verified.
Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to Terbinafine HCl or any of the excipients contained in the formulation.
Side Effects
Redness, itching or stinging may occur at the site of application, however, treatment rarely has to be discontinued for this reason. These harmless symptoms must be distinguished from allergic reactions, which are rare but require discontinuation.
Drug Interaction
No drug interactions are known with Terbiskin Cream.
