- Preparing Sales and Marketing plan for team
- Expanding coverage, developing new territories for business development.
- Budgets preparation for team.
- To manage the operation in order to accomplish most effective marketing team.
- Mandalay and only one other area responsibilities for all sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent communication skills, Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Must be able to follow the guidelines set out.
- Must be able to work hard to achieve both MRs’ individual target and team target.
- Reporting to the National Marketing Manager in overall operations & providing timely feedback to facilitate decision making.
Job Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Have experience for Area Manager more than 3 years as marketing management level in pharmaceutical company
- Good communication and interpersonal skill and team spirit.
