Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge about the products and the company. And responsible to build consistent brand image of the products.
  • Communicate both intermediaries (wholesales, retail) and end-customer to build strong/good relationship.
  • Deal with doctor to get prescription (some product with specific specialists, if required*).
  • Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with new & existing customers.
  • Responsible to achieve/gain sales from both intermediaries (wholesales, retail) and end-customer.
  • Generating customer awareness at stores and public venues. Implement online and offline events, trade show, sampling programs, campaigns and activities in details.
  • Enquire about competitor and market insight and provide genuine feedback.
  • Check merchandizing conditions, seek for new area & plan merchandising ideas and timeline.
  • Manage, check and control own PG & their sales achievement/improvement.
  • Manage and maintain allocated resources (e.g., expenses payable, sample usage, POSM and fixed assets of the department).
  • Manage daily routine effectively.

Job Specifiction

  • Any Graduate
  • More than two years experience in related field
  • must have a good leadership skills
  • Good Communication and teamwork.
  • Able to active, motivation and strong.
