Human Resources Executive (Recruitment & Training)
Job Description
- To carry out recruitment and related functions.
- To plan and offer trainings and annual promotion exams for the employees.
- Develop training and development programs
- Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues.
- To help HR manager in the cases of meeting and singing contracts with external organizations
- To discuss, prepare and plan for the job fairs with concerned departments.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree (Any graduate)
- Diploma in HR.
- Prefer Master degree in Business Administration (or) Public Administration.
- Good communication and leadership skill.
- Positive thinking
- Good presentation skill
- Able to provide training
- English (Upper Intermediate Level)
