Human Resources Executive (Recruitment & Training)

Job Description

  • To carry out recruitment and related functions.
  • To plan and offer trainings and annual promotion exams for the employees.
  • Develop training and development programs
  • Record the training attendance list of the internal and external training and provide the training evaluation issues.
  • To help HR manager in the cases of meeting and singing contracts with external organizations
  • To discuss, prepare and plan for the job fairs with concerned departments.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Any graduate)
  • Diploma in HR.
  • Prefer Master degree in Business Administration (or) Public Administration.
  • Good communication and leadership skill.
  • Positive thinking
  • Good presentation skill
  • Able to provide training
  • English (Upper Intermediate Level)
